We got together wpith our friends in this restaurant to try traditional and delicious persian food. It was a wise option. We are happy to spend our weekend's night here. Very warm atmosphere and welcoming staff. They vividly explained to us about our foods to make sure we're choosing the right one. Regarding interior design, I would say it was a reminiscent of a traditional Iranian restaurants in the middle of old Tehran. I'll try it out again with more friends soon.

Little Persian restaurant in a very hip location. The interior was nice and the restaurant had great ambiance. I started with mint tea and the eggplant dip. The dip was really tasty and with the bread it was very tasty. For the main, I ordered the Fesenjan with chicken but it wasn’t my favourite. The gravy had a sweet and sour taste and there wasn’t much chicken in the dish. For dessert I got the saffron ice cream and that was delicious. It’s a large portion. The service was good but they can be very busy.

I can not be even more excited than this. As a persian I can tell this place is one of the best places in Toronto to try persian foods. For starter, we had “Mirza Ghasemi” with “Barbari bread”. For sides we had “Zeytoon Parvarde” and “Mast moosir” and “Torshi”. For the main dishes we had “ Fesenjan” and “Gheyme” and “ Baghali polo ba mahiche”. The whole main dishes and sides and starters tasted so great. It tastes like home. For drinks we had dogh, which I think has more room to get better. For desert we had “Chai”, “Bastani Akbar Mashdi”, “Baklava”. Definitely, it is worth to try. I will try again. Thanks for this amazing experience.

Decent, well priced and a good variety of options. The food is simple and good, nothing extraordinary. The labneh was a little runny, so I wouldn't recommend it.

Discovered this little gem recently. Everything is very tasty and the service will make you feel like home. The ratio price / quality / quantity of food is one of the best I have seen.

The food was really good 👍 a bit pricey, though compared to the portions. The ice cream was not an ice cream :D it was a cube of ice, honestly. Looks like water is main ingredient of this ice cream :))) I don't recommend the ice cream here. Fesenjoon is really good here. Service was really slow while the resturant was not too busy.

Pomegranate is a gem of a restaurant, and we can't wait to return for more!! I’ve dined at Pomegranate restaurant several times within the last few years and what truly sets them apart is the restaurant's commitment to high quality ingredients which truly shines through in their dishes! On this visit, we indulged in the Ghormeh Sabzi ( which I’m excited to see it’s back) and Fesenjaan, and I must say, the flavors were very fresh, authentic and mouthwatering! The staff is attentive and makes us feel right at home. If you're on the hunt for an authentic Persian dining experience, Pomegranate is the place to be!

One of my favorite food places in Toronto! Their Persian stews have a very delicious and unique flavor. Prices are good for the amount of food you are served and the staff are nice.
